I thought Lincoln Ave was pedestrian only on that cobblestoned archway area. When driving NB, aren't you routed onto Western somewhere near Wilson? That could be expanded, and if the City isn't contractually forbidden from providing parking (Thanks Ritchie) replace the surface lots w a garage
