For 2, Orban will absolutely try to cling to power, but how effective he will be will depend on how big of a loss he suffers. If Magyar wins by a simple margin, Hungary will be in for a tough time as Orban contests the results and Magyar is stuck politically impotent until Orban returns to power

If Magyar wins a supermajority, than Orban is finished no matter what he does, along with Trump's dreams of instigating far-right uprisings all over Europe to build a MAGA-friendly anti-EU coalition.

Here's hoping for a supermajority. Undoubtedly trump will try and intervene if orban loses. Europe needs to tell him to stfu when he starts whining.

I just don't get "the far right". How so few very rich people can persuade so many poor people to vote for them on the back of "immigration" / "scary foreigners" / "communists" is beyond me.
