This is what big oil has been doing forever. They did major environmental damage in the Ecuadorian Amazon by US oil companies occurred probably between the mid 60s and the mid 90s and Texaco who did a lot of damping of gallons of toxic waste water and crude oil in 1964 to 1992 never cleaned it up.

This is what big oil does there was widespread contamination in health issues for indigenous communities while shell had earlier shorter and different impact like 1950 exit after conflict, long sided damage of the famous ChevronTexaco lawsuits happened from 1964 to 1992. I remember hearing about all the damage that Texico did when I was way younger and I remember them showing these pools of dirty oil and crude oil and toxic ponds that tactical never cleaned up big oils gotten away with murder forever too bad we can’t do something to them. Chevron bought TEXACO
