Canada is 12.4% of GDP, right in line with the excellent ratings of Europe. US is 18-19% typically (19.7% at the very end of Trump's last term)

That's the US paying an extra 3 trillion/yr to have worse outcomes + 23% of Americans being underinsured & 12% having absolutely NO health insurance. Zip.
