Time will tell if/when #Felon47 sends Nat'l Guard troops into Portland. It's a sanctuary city & the police DO NOT spend their resources helping ICE round up undocumented immigrants. They do arrest the few thugs that stupidly attack the ICE bldg. Police don't need any help from fed'l troops sent here
