Further update on stripe's response to my complaint, as I sent another email responding to their initial reply. You may decide for yourself whether it is written by a person or a bot, but at the very least, it is a reply and not complete radio silence.

I've got another followup! This time, I got a response from Visa. Here it is in full; I've sent a follow-up email to them (also handwritten based on their response) that I will attach in the event I get a response to that.
