Surprised that more people don’t know this tbh, he has been very vocal about using GenAI in their games. Like the concept art(?) or key visual art (?) they shared like 1-2 years ago for new Yokai Watch is so obvious AI too.

I think 80-90% of code in all new games is AI generated is an exaggeration at best. I know that companies are using AI for coding, but it’s not good for anything but the simplest tasks and it can’t write code that is secure or easily adapted, which is required for games as service situations.

My only experience with this franchise was the crossover with Phoenix Wright and I played a few hours of Curious Village. This is downright depressing and I feel bad for everyone that's a huge fan of this franchise.
