Putting in a plug for Andersen's Pea Soup for those on the West coast. Their canned soup is delicious.
If you throw in some baby spinach, and mix in a slice of melty muenster cheese (or what you have) at the end, it's a quick, filling meal-in-a-bowl.
And add some smoked paprika if you have it.
