Probably an unpopular take, but the Mall of America... It's one of those "You should see it since you're already here" things. Free entry; the only built-in cost is your time.

Malcom Yards is a better food hall than Eat Street. If they’re in to museums, the Walker and its sculpture garden, and the MIA are both great. And of course, doing something out on the water is very Minnesota.

Malcolm is great for a big crowd because everyone can get what they want.

Take them to Eat Street, walk along the river or bike the grand rounds, out for a juicy Lucy, check the Racket
