Piecing together the nine different versions I've heard, it sounds like the US agreed to accept the 10-point Iranian peace plan "as a basis for negotiation", and Iran agreed to "reopen" the Strait for two weeks.

The former is worthless, the value of the latter depends on the Iranian definition.

If the Iranian definition of "reopening" the Strait includes continuing to charge tolls and continuing to require traffic to coordinate permission to travel through the IRGC, Iran is winning the war.
