Ethnic Russian are sent to their deaths in meat assaults, it's almost as if Russian high command wants them to die!

There's a phrase for sending unwanted people to die in Russia. (It escapes me at the moment)

It's why they're sending injured men who haven't gotten their pay yet back to die, prisoners to their death.

To save the government money.

It's disgusting.
