My menstrual cycle is knocking me on my ass once again. This period hasn’t even started and it’s kicking the shit out of me ,for four whole days I’ve been exhausted, achy everywhere, short of breath, dizzy and covered in mystery bruises. Did y’all know menstrual arthritis is a thing??
