American politicians love to say "You believe in BDS? That pales in effectiveness to my strategy, working to establish a peaceful and bilateral pathway to a Two State Solution", and then do nothing to establish a peaceful and bilateral pathway to a Two State Solution.

I would argue that there is no peaceful way to a Two State Solution. The settlers are not going to say "my bad", and leave.

Well, they would if they were compelled to by the state, but the real problem is that the state of Israel has no interest in a two state solution

Also, we're taking away your access to any state benefits for believing in BDS because we're allowed to violate the 1st amendment if it's for Israel.
