Making sure you get up and moving periodically [AWAY from a screen]. I have a hula hoop in my office that I use every couple hours to help stretch my spine and legs while also getting my blood going. Sometimes I might swap it out for a jump rope.

Limit your work hours in a single day. Eight hours is widely considered a typical work day, but five or six may be better for a proper work-life balance.

Oh thank you very much! So much more helpful than the stuff I keep finding which end up showcasing way too many things like "I check my online shop, I go to the cafe and look through emails" etc and it's like that's not helpful at all all that's too passive lmao
