Media literacy dying has had the incredibly annoying knock-on effect of people getting really upset when other characters have agency and important roles and I *despise* it.

The death of media literacy really is just a domino effect, isn't it? And it sucks because whenever you point this out ppl just get so defensive and its like... bud... trying to help ya here...
