I can assure you that the websites that will actually fuck up your system do not in any way announce or advertise it. Actual malware horrors look like a plain Google Sheets page, or a Facebook profile, and take *great* pains to contain no 'weird' stuff whatsoever.

Yes it is safe! It is spec fic and supposed to do that. It is all pre-determined safe code, I have read it at least 3 times. It is worth it. I find it a bit easier to read on mobile, but either is fine.
