I'd also like the ability to add ALT text to photos that have already been uploaded. There are times where I forget to and I'd have to make a separate post with it included.

Another thing is this:
- image formats like JPG & PNG support a description field in their header
- if one downloads an image that has ALT text i would like this info to be copied to the image header
- if one uploads an image, and there's no ALT text yet, copy that info to ALT text
