The new voter suppression bill—called the "Save America Act"—would require 21 million American citizens to produce passports or birth certificates to register to vote. Most don't have these documents. This is a poll tax by another name.

I’m a Passport Acceptance Agent.The passport fee is off: an expedited adult passport is $190 (or $212.05 to add express shipping) by CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY, and a separate charge (don’t add it to the check or money order!) of $35 to whichever acceptance facility you apply at. Plus the photo fee.

Very optimistic that it can be taken care of in one day. Or whether the production rate will match the demand in time. Or they won’t be calling them fake on day of presenting. 🤔
