Literally this! As someone who's basically 400 pounds, it's crazy seeing how fat characters who are way bigger than me get classified with weight much smaller than mine!
Getting to 300 pounds is just the beginning of a real gainers journey.
That's when you can't even squeeze into an XL anymore. You are now fatter than everyone in your workspace. Everything starts feeling smaller. You even start to realize that you keep moving the weight goal, fatter and fatter 💦
Im so annoyed at this that i always try and use math to at least roughly estimate my characters weight, and then people act confused when they reach into tons =w=
I am not the best at estimating how much my guys weigh. but when people get it much more wrong than me and are rudely confident in their clearly not-reality based assumptions, even of a fictional fat man, put on an artist, I do wonder what their thoughts are on real fat people unfortunately.
Dnd has taught me that people are bad at estimating weights of people.
You have no idea how many 6'-X", super crazy buff, 180lb character descriptions ive seen. (In case others dont realize, at 6'-4"+, 180lbs would be a very very thin build)
Oh no for sure. It’s kinda hot to think weights are larger than they actually are, but yeah. And heights, too. People play around with heights a lot and THAT really determines how big someone can be to look that chonky, etc.
