Two’s a trend. And, trust me I have been involved in hundreds of IPO’s over multiple decades, it’s not for altruistic reasons. They already sense a lack of institutional demand and are looking to dump bags on retail.

He is also relying on cult followers to uncritically buy stock because it has the name "Elon" on it somewhere.

Seems like it was a pretty serious strategic mistake to staple his Twitter and Grok bags onto the side of SpaceX.

I mean in terms of bailing out his XAI investors its likely to work out incredibly.

Given how enthusiastically retail investors have supported Musk so far, I would not judge him too quickly

Careful with that. The exuberance comes before the fall.

If either of these IPOs flop, that could be the thing that pulls the bung out of the AI bubble.

Which probably goes hand in hand with the SEC now allowing broker-dealers to use S&P500 & Russell 1000 shares in margin accounts as collateral for "relief". Rule Rule 15c3-3 was quietly updated and now they only have to "represent" they have them.

And yeah, that is bag dumping.

Y…yeah. It’s an enormous company

Valuation is not revenue based if that’s what you are getting at. SpaceX actually being pretty much on par with a fraction of the scale and a different industry is indicative of that

Watching the way unknown UHW investors were able to regularly pull gamma squeezes on $TSLA for _years_ and rip off retail investors, they're basically lining everything up to make sure they can keep doing it.

Great IPOs are hard to get into. Retail investors generally dont even get to sniff IPOs. I agree with you. There is low institutional demand because they know it is a bubble and that the product doesn't work according to spec.

Maybe but don’t forget Elmo did 5 rounds of raising venture capital for the ai company. Both companies were suppose to go public separately and may be trying to make pissed off investors happy
