Does a bird flu spread on bird feeders too? What stuff should I do to be cautious as I feed birds during winter and fill the feeders. I wash my hands asap after every time I pour food on the feeders.

You might want to look up info from wild bird rescue & rehab groups in your area. If you're feeding birds you likely want to keep birds alive & feeders and baths are a huge disease transmission point for them. You should be able to find good info on how to keep things safer & on suspected outbreaks
