Hello. lol im popping cough drops like skittles right now lol but yeah it sucks, its not as bad in the day and as soon as the sun comes down and it gets colder, here comes the chain coughing. lol i get it every damn year at this time.

Insomnia is fine i been sleeping pretty good for a while now.
