It looks familiar - but I can’t place it. Where was this gun/design used in Star Wars?

This wasn't used itself but it's similar to one's that were like the chopjob Enfield with the Grenade launcher used by the Jawas or the Lewis Gun used by the Sandtroopers.

It just has that Star Wars vibe. Reminds me of the KOTOR Ion Rifle.
