Thats what an oxford comma is? Isn't that why u use a semicolon?

We invited the strippers; jfk and stalin. - reads like what it looks like. Two strippers named jfk and stalin.

We invited the strippers, jfk and stalin. - Reads like a list of 3 objects.

I think it only reads like a list of three things with the Oxford comma, but honestly I don't understand how semicolons are supposed to be used properly if we're being honest

It's funny 'cause we do not have that in Portuguese. So a "," before the "and" feels outlandish and strange.

But I see it can be useful in English to avoid... confusion. XD

The second thing doesn't do that.
