I know Orthodox Jews are much stricter about how matzo is made then others for example it’s made in just 18 minutes before being baked so it doesn’t have the chance to rise and it’s made in a very carefully controlled environment where the flour doesn’t come anywhere near water until the last minute

They also won’t dip their matzo in anything wet.

In terms of those other questions I’m not sure! But my instinct is to say it’s pretty standard otherwise across the board just because of the standardized rules around Kosher.
