I still fail to see how giving any money to people in Gaza increases the amount of food there. Doesn't it just raise the price of food since the supply of money increases?

One of those accounts claimed to me a loaf of bread is $5K.

Yes. One of the giveaways when the issue first exploded last year was that was insisted, in the middle of a total aid blockade on Gaza, that it was possible to get food in by bribing IDF soldiers to look the other way (no it fucking wasn't; if it were it would have been a scandal in Israeli media).
