that fat phuk knows oil is fungible, right? that a worldwide shortfall of oil will lead to oil prices spiking EVERYWHERE. if Trump were to shut down all oil and gas exports and impose price controls only then might US prices not rise as much but that is impossible as much is not for domestic use

Because many U.S. refineries were designed decades ago to process heavier, sourer crude (often imported), the U.S. frequently exports its domestic light oil while importing heavier oil, we would have to redo our entire oil refinery system overnight. he is such a damn idiot.
