Reminds me of a place in Big Sur. It was on the way to Sykes Hot Springs.

Small stone-lined soaking pools right next to the Big Sur River
Dense redwood canopy and steep canyon walls
Very minimal development — basically wilderness + hot water

Usually only room for a few people per pool

Location: Ventana Wilderness, inland from Big Sur
Access: ~9–10 miles one way via Pine Ridge Trail

Water temp: ~100–104°F

-->No drivable road to it.

Wow. I have never been to California. I would like to see that someday.

Just remember, you must hike to it. I almost got there awhile back. Ihiked in about 3 mies, andl ended up at a campsite that was still 6 miles from Sykes. Never been to Sykes. Might be fun.
