Turns out, management finally saw the extent this nurse was harming kids to make them sleep through her shift. After I laughed along with her plan the night before. Why not IM B52 a crying depressed unaggressive 13 year old before the provider orders it? Suspended. Possible (probable) termination. 🙏🏻

She has been a narcissistic, elitist piece of crap who thinks non nurses are only good to do hall checks and unable to do more. Been in psych since my junior year in college (January 1987). Know meds she doesn’t. Knows that mental illness is a real illness. Hope she gets fired.
