It is a rare and precious thing in this media landscape to be able to leave a place on my own terms, for the sake of a new challenge and a new adventure and personal growth. I am so, so blessed to be able to do so.

I am being very normal about this but I am going to cry like five hundred times in the coming days about leaving my coworkers. Hardest part of it. You build a union with some folks, you grow to love them with everything you are. They're so good, and you should want to go work with them.
