I have been feeling this so hard this term, and this is the reason I am thinking of moving back to in-class tests, to remove the veil of mistrust that now comes between me and their online answers. :-/

I did in-class close readings last semester and need to use blue books. But I don’t know how to have them use secondary sources in an essay in class.
