Give them meaning, give them something to achieve besides numbers that only give incentive to reach and manipulate these numbers.

jobs that fit them and unlock their creativity, brightness and commitment by giving them this environment that is different from dumb corporate behavior that only relies on key numbers and earnings, and that also isn't too comfortable to attract those that are interested in this comfort.

The "irony" to the idea of using private contractors to "verify" income is that anyone who applies for any of the safety net programs must prove their eligibility. This is the ultimate duplication.

Another disturbing change is that the programs want to access your bank account to also verify your income in order to receive assistance. It is not required but they still will pressure you for that access.
