Well, you can try them. Did you sign up for my mailing list? There is no flour or dairy in these cookies. They are pretty simple to make. But of course with my horrid oven right now, it is much more difficult.

Great. I sure hope she enjoys them. These are not only Mom's favorites, but everyone in the family loves them. So did our Italian friends. It was easier then. I had a reliable oven.
