Btw it might be a good idea to provide directions to help bypass phone trees. MC's is awful, but if you live in the US and go 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 1, you can get to an operator.

Ooooh thank you for this, I'll put it in the doc! I'm disabled and navigating phone trees is extremely difficult for me, so I wasn't able to test and get the info myself

Oh that's fair. I was on it for about an hour trying to crack it.
It's not verbally responsive, so repeating "agent" or "operator" won't do anything. The "mash 0" trick does not work either, and sometimes will end the call.
I hope the solution to the phone maze helps more calls get through~

1 1 3 got me through to Visa. I also managed to speak with a supervisor when i specifically said that i didn't trust my email not to be censored out using keywords, so that'sa valid strategy to climb the ladder.
