It’s similar to the situation of Trump wanting to eliminate ACA Obama care and replace it with a $2000 a year stipend, which in most cases would not even cover a couple months worth of medical insurance through conventional channels and it certainly wouldn’t go very far for an uninsured person.

It's a terrible plan for consumers and buyers. I can't emphasize it enough. Trust me as a real estate agent it might move forward a sale but it would be so irresponsible to endorse.
