Thank you. 😊🙏 I sometimes have difficulty living in this dystopian dichotomy we are in. Mundane stuff goes on as usual while the world burns. (For now, anyway. 😶) This is mainly within the US, but also sometimes the world in general, as DJT is blowing up the world order.

IKR! I can't focus on anything today except calmatives. I wound up in the US as displaced persons thanks to a lot of German voters. Now here we are again.

My mom used to talk about the phenomena you mention from 1939 to 1945/ to abt 1955 Surreal. I heard all these stories from the DP adults. 😔
