Tonight I made homemade snack wraps like the ones McDonalds sells. Chicken, ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese on flour tortillas. Tastes better than McDonalds too.
Dinner is ready. Homemade tuna casserole. Two cans of drained tuna. Cream of celery soup, shredded cheddar cheese, peas, and some black pepper. Delicious.
chicken and refried bean enchiladas. Filling is shredded seasoned chicken, refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, & avocado salsa. Rolled the tortillas, covered with red enchilada sauce, and baked @ 350°/hour. Then covered w/ shredded cheddar and put back in the oven until the cheese melted.
Tonight I made a recipe my dad used to make w/ deer. Didn’t have deer so I used pork chops. In a skillet, brown chops. +2 cans of baby potatoes, a small bag of baby carrots and two cans of golden mushroom soup with two cans of water to the skillet. Cook for an hour at 300°F. Delicious and filling.
Old Soviet joke: a man goes to a newsstand every day and looks at just the front pages of all the newspapers. The guy behind the stand asks him what he's looking for. "An obituary". "But comrade, obituaries aren't on the front page!" "The one I'm looking for will be."
So for dinner I made homemade chicken noodle soup. Slow cooked it in my new Dutch oven. 350°F for 2 1/2 hours. So delicious on this cold rainy day here in Missouri.
So here in a bit I’m going to watch my Kansas Jayhawks play hoops. Then it’s time to hook up my brand new PS5 and play some UFC while the actual UFC preliminaries are recording. Gonna be a good night.
