Clearly this is an underlying issue with the law that he could even get away with this.
If we can wrestle control from these fascists and save our institutions, there'd better be some strong reinforcement written into state, local & federal laws to prevent this from happening again.

There should probably be stronger limits but I think the main problem here is that not enough people with the ability to stop it care to actually use there power and resist the change.
