It goes the other way. NASA rockets are useless for military applications. They bought rockets made for the military, their rockets have never been sold to the military.

The closest is satellite launches, but again, the military would buy those without NASA doing science.

There's very little overlap between NASA contractors and weapons manufacture.

The only place there are is like legacy systems, like the solid rocket boosters; or systems which are from general aviation.

Again, these are NASA buying things previously developed for weapons, not vice versa.
