Hard to get it through the Senate unless Dems get a majority (and the presidency) and eliminate the filibuster. They already tried. They need to do what needs to be done.

Getting rid of CU does seem possible but I'd love to see the electoral college gone also. Believe that would take an approval of 2/3 states for that to happen. Could be wrong.
