I don’t care if people like it. I care if my rights as an American citizen to speak up and made my voice be known is going to be ripped away.

That’s not how rights work.
You don’t have a right to a platform. Private corporations dictating how you use their services isn’t an infringement on free speech.

This is a private platform where they can have their own TOS. Freedom of Speech applies to the government and in public places. So as long as you’re not blatantly breaking the TOS you should be fine. I’ve seen people break the TOS and still not get kicked off (Jesse Singal for ex)
