You aren't being realistic, you're being aggressively pessimistic.
If anything, a small town theater in the middle of nowhere probably has a better chance of getting a showing precisely BECAUSE it's small and in the middle of nowhere.

With a smaller number of customers, the theater is far less busy and less competitive then one in Paris, and with that, the voice of a few customers is a lot stronger. A small theater also means your email is more likely to get to whoever actually has power, with less red tape.

So you mean a small theater in a small town can get the dubbed or at least the sub version of it, which includes SPENDING money for it, in a country that have zero theater broadcasting it, for MAYBE a few dozen possible clients ?
