There aren’t enough competitors to worry about at this point. I’ve been in management at two of the most recognizable brands in America. I quit because I was tired of seeing upper management fuck over employees to benefit shareholders.

Until we break up monopolies we can’t hope to make progress.

These companies act like the talent pool isn't getting dumber by the minute and the AI bubble isn't poised to burst. No one can afford to cast off a quality employee only to have to rehire them as a consultant for double the cost.
