man, the whole idea of male loneliness is so depressing to me; 80% of suicide deaths are men and i haven't even heard that statistic till today. that shit is depressing. men commit suicide 4 times the rate of women, and when men do, do it, it is more likely to be fatal. that is so weird to me

I always assumed that women had higher suicide rates due to the fact that statistically they are more likely to be diagnosed with a mental health disorder. but idk man, being a man i guess carries more of a "be silent about your mental health" stigma which is probably harmful.
