OK, so yes, it's ultimately the car drivers's fault because obviously, but I've seen the way kids ride those Lime/Divvy scooters, especially around the neighborhoods. No helmets, two kids on a scooter, weaving all over the street, on their phones...

Maybe "children" shouldn't ride them.
