They're great pet lizards. Not so popular, I think, because they're not colourful. They're ideal, IMO. They're iguanas but stay a nice size and are herbivorous. (Cosmo also poops in his dish if I'm late with breakfast. He's like toddler.) 😆

That does sound perfect. Keeping crickets is the worst and green iguanas can get bigger than me! I’ll keep them in mind next time someone asks about advice for getting pet lizards.

You know what? I've never really tried that. I'll have to report back later because he's asleep.

Cosmo has rarely tried to bite me. I think its usually when he's fed up with something or just in a bad mood.
