If I had one negative thing to say about S2 of #ThePitt, it would be that most of the cases have been so much more mundane than the first season.

If I were given another, it's that each hour long episode feels like 20 minutes because it's so well crafted and paced. I want more!

Advocate for my own medical care. I hit my out of pocket one year and it was so freeing. I had more appointments in those 4 months before it reset than I had the 15 years beforehand.

I'm torn on Speed Racer in the theater. I missed it in 2008, but now my TV is bigger than some boutique movie screens. Plus I've been to one (1) movie since Covid started. And it's an hour away, and I'm visibly trans, venturing to a town that *only* has new country and christian stations.

This is a message I never expected to or wanted to share. My partner @joehunter.bsky.social is currently in the hospital with a severe case of pneumonia, and while he is slowly on the mend, that time means a lot of money his family could use help with.
