That was my first thought. Men constantly get themselves in these situations because they believe their press and believe they have privileges they don't actually have.

People that surround those with power need to grow up and be accurate sounding boards, stop feeding the power.

Plus, the sad part with many of them is that they deny allegations of sexual harassment because they don't actually consider what they're saying and doing as harassing.
