One of the big tactical voting sites kept insisting Labour were most likely to beat the Tories here in 2024. All the campaign posters locally suggested LibDems. The LibDems won with 7000 more votes than the Tories. Labour were third with 12000 votes less.

Most of the 'tactical' voting sites appear to be geared toward winning as many seats as possible for Labour.

If you're pro-European, Labour are not a good or wise option.

Lib Dems also canvassing based on similar flawed issues. In our area, they’re strong, but are using 2021 election data to say they’re in the strongest place to beat reform and the Tories, despite a lot happening in 5 years locally and nationally.

It would be great if the tactical voting sites would re-weight their advice by incorporating the huge changes in polling since the last election. Relying on the last results alone is obviously insufficient when there are such seismic changes going on in public opinion.
