The problem at this point is internal and political: declaring a blockade (thus restarting the war, a blockade is an act of war) *after* declaring a 'decisive military victory' would be a massively politically damaging decision for the administration.

I’d certainly expect Korea and India to stop selling weapons to Israel, and India to consider selling to Iran, given who’s most affected by the blockade.

I know I'm not adding anything to the conversation, but man... first thing I said when describing him announcing the cease fire was that he was committing himself to it, whether Iran agreed or not.
